Hourglass Escapes - Lead Game Designer and Graphic Artist 4/2020 - 9/2022
Developed and designed multiple award-winning digital and physical escape room game experiences using tools created in tandem with Telescape and Hourglass Escapes. I coordinated with Asmodee on the design of “Mystery at Innsmouth” the officially licensed Arkham horror escape room. My role includes:
Create custom graphics and puzzles for clients during the pandemic so escape rooms could be played remotely. Clients reported consistent jumps in sales after reworks.
Handle all composition, color, illustration, typography, and branding for Arkham Horror “Mystery at Innsmouth”, relaying all project changes and art development processes to Asmodee and related partners.
Design the puzzle game flow for Arkham Horror “Mystery at Innsmouth”, gating players where appropriate to create the best experience for players.
Design the first fully browser-based multiplayer escape room which won 2 awards including “best co-operative escape experience” from “The ESCAPEROOMERS bullseye awards”.
RayGun Lounge - Beertender/Board Game Guru/Night Manager/Marketing and Design 8/26/2016 - 1/15/2019
Created the perfect local board game bar atmosphere, as featured by “The Stranger”. In this role, I managed unassisted full during peak business hours while making important business-oriented decisions with urgency. During my time here, I coordinated the installation of beer and cider taps and the West Side meetup for Seattle Indies. My role included:
Make high-level management decisions regarding store inventory and products.
Revamp Menu items to appeal to a broader clientele
Maintain the board game and pinball collection.
Develop in-store displays and coordinated the advertising for the local newspaper “The Stranger”
8th Shore - Technical Animator 9/24/2018 - 12/20/18
As the technical animator on the project, I built a full character rig from the ground up to be used in all future characters. Using off-the-shelf tools and some python knowledge I created a new workflow for character rigging and implementation in unity leading to a more efficient cycle for animation.
NoStopSign - Freelance Technical Animator 7/20/2016 - 10/2018
As the Technical Animator, I designed a technical animation pipeline for 36+ different multi-appendage creatures for a mobile match 3 game. The process entailed rigging and animating characters using Maya, and implementing them into Unity. In Unity, I tweaked the blending between animations in Mechanim and built blend trees. I worked exclusively on the now released project, "Wild Bloom". My role included:

Worked alongside the lead artist and animator designing html and flash games. The games reflected the K-4 McGraw Hill textbook curriculum. My role involved communicating effectively with the lead programmer on the game design and implementation of assets.
Camouflaj - Animator Tech Artist 6/2014 - 9/2014
I worked exclusively on the published project "Republique: Ep. 2". I worked alongside the lead animator on a variety of cut scenes, cleaning up motion capture data using the program Faceware. Then importing the animation to Maya to be tweaked and edited creating cut scenes and dramatic in-game moments
